The boys sit down with the wonderfully nerdy Becca Thornton to talk about Bitch Planet (By Writer/Co-Creator Kelly Sue DeConnick and Artist/Co-Creator Valentine De Landro)! Becca talks about how the satirical world of Bitch Planet resonated with her, Heath tries to wrap his head around raising his daughter in a society that sends women to prison for being "Non-Compliant", and they all agree... Penny Rolle is the best!

Picks of the week! (7/19/2017)

A.T.'s Pick

Secret Empire #6 (By: Nick Spencer / Artist: Leinil Francis Yu)

"Its really great! The way they weave what's going on with Cap/ Tony and the Underground/ and Widow & the new Red room is such great story telling. It alludes to the first Civil War a lot in some of the art. The complexity of Thor. And just the fight scenes. It's really great"

Heath's Pick

Green Arrow #27 (By: Benjamin Percy / Artist: Jamal Campbell

"Green Arrow wins for my pick of the week. The storytelling, the art, the dialogue, the action. Just everything nails it so very hard. Probably one of the best issues from Rebirth. Fucking loved it. I like that Percy takes risk. Every issue feels new and exciting. Never a repeat."

Paul's Pick

Doctor Strange #23 (By: Dennis Hopeless / Artist: Niko Henrichon

"I love the pairings in this issue.   Spiderwomen/Strange/Urlich & Kingpin and then Mordo and DD.  Lots of fun banter and we get a good look at main escalation!"

We all agree!

Batman #27 (By: Tom King / Artist: Clay Mann)

Because Kite Man! Hell Yeah!
